Requirements of Green Mark Level 2

To keep the Green Mark and move on to the Level 2, companies must show that they have continued to make environmental improvements.
Companies will be assessed on whether they:

• Implemented their environmental policy
• Made improvements against established baselines & key environmental impacts, e.g. Energy consumption per unit of production
• Implemented staff training
• Comply with legislation.

Companies will be assessed using a questionnaire and improvement on benchmarking data collated at Level 2 (e.g. utilities monitoring).
